I know I haven’t posted in a while, but this week has been fairly boring. Last week, too. It’ll get better on Thursday, when I’ll be back in full force.

For one more Saturday, I’m sitting at the same Starbucks again looking out the same window. I came in this morning and despite not having been here for two weeks, it seems like at least one barista recognized me. How not opsec of me? I guess I have a memorable face.
I know that I wrote a post yesterday, but now I’m sitting here on a Saturday morning and couldn’t help doing the thing that I usually do.
I don’t have a picture in mind to put at the top of the post, so whatever is there is something I found after I was done writing.
Someday, it might be in my best interest to stop with the dramatic post titles. But, honestly, sometimes it just works.
Everybody has a love-hate relationship with nice things. They’re nice, for sure, and they can be fun, good for learning, and nice to look at.
I couldn’t help but head back downtown for another half an hour to take a few more pictures of neat-looking spots. The weather hasn’t improved at all since last week or the week before, so this really is springtime. At least that gives all of the photos a similar feel.
I was reading yesterday’s post and I just couldn’t help but make a few corrections and additions.
I’m back at Starbucks, which is where I do all my blogging now. I’m like a diplomat, but instead of being surrounded by the law of my home country, I’m surrounded by 2012.
I finally figured out Creative Commons attribution — Wikimedia Commons puts the proper attribution in HTML form for you to copy-and-paste when you download an image. This one’s the “end of a world” — feels epic. Somehow, I’m in the mood for that kind of thing at the moment.

It’s already been a week since I came back from home for spring break, so it’s true what they say about time flying — it happens all the time, and you can’t do anything about it.
